By using aimemegenerator.online(the “Service”), you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of memes and images you create. By rendering a meme on the Service you grant aimemegenerator.online a non-exclusive license to store, display, and serve it (including the public permalink at /m/<slug>) for the purpose of running the Service.

You are responsible for the content you upload or paste (including sticker uploads and paste-by-URL images). Don't upload content you don't have rights to, content that infringes others' rights, or content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or threatening.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or authentication.
• Don't use the Service for harassment, doxxing, or impersonation.
• Don't use the Service to create or distribute illegal content.
• Don't scrape or automate the Service without written permission.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

5. Takedown

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us via your sign-in email. We will review reports in good faith and remove infringing content where appropriate.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aimemegenerator.online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
